SmartControl Fabric centralizes control governance and evidence in ServiceNow IRM so that systems and tenants inherit controls, mappings, and evidence from one authoritative source, and so that evidence is collected once and reused everywhere it applies. It harmonizes ISO, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, and PCI, cascades changes with impact analysis and drift detection, monitors exceptions across all subscribers, and unifies control inheritance with evidence collection and quality review. SmartControl is sold independently as a standalone control and evidence platform, and it also plugs into SmartDACM and SmartRAMP 20x to extend inheritance across authorized systems.

  • SmartControl Subscriber Model. The single authoritative control library with multi-tier inheritance across divisions, business units, and applications. Cross-framework mapping, cascading changes with impact analysis, drift detection, exception monitoring, and system-level overrides. The cloud service provider use case, cascading FedRAMP or NIST baselines to customer tenants, is the strongest standalone story.
  • SmartControl Subscriber Workspace. The management interface for the control library and its subscribers, where owners administer inheritance, review drift, and manage overrides.
  • SmartEvidence Collection. Automated evidence collection and validation that gathers documentation, checks it against control requirements, and supports evidence reuse across every control and framework it satisfies.
  • EvidenceIQ. The AI evidence concierge and evidence-quality reviewer that gathers, packages, and pre-checks control-test and audit evidence before the auditor sees it, raising quality and reducing back-and-forth.
