AI DataNow is the data execution layer that makes enterprise AI and ServiceNow governance work at scale. It addresses the root cause of AI adoption failure: not the model, not the prompt, but the quality of the data the AI operates on. Most enterprise AI initiatives stall because content repositories have accumulated decades of duplicates, orphaned files, stale records, permission sprawl, and unclassified sensitive data. Capabilities

  • Discover. Full inventory of unstructured data repositories, ownership, and sharing posture. Content ingestion across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and file shares, with deduplication, authority scoring (system of record vs. draft vs. obsolete), and top risk zone identification.
  • Classify. Sensitivity and regulatory domain labeling across PII, PCI, PHI, IP, and contract types. Policy-aligned classification routing into ServiceNow with governance guardrails and ownership defined per function.
  • Reduce ROT. Elimination or disposition of redundant, obsolete, and trivial content. Reduces backup, archive, and migration footprint and shrinks retrieval noise for agentic workloads.
  • Create Trusted Corpora. Authoritative, current, permission-bounded knowledge sets built by function (Legal, Finance, SecOps, IRM, HR) and routed into ServiceNow as the inference foundation for workflow AI.
  • Instrument Token Economics. Measurement and reduction of AI inference waste. Tracks tokens per successful workflow, retrieval set size and variance, retry rates, and latency to completion for agentic workflows.
