C1Secure at ServiceNow World Forum New York 2026

C1Secure CEO Tom Thomson spent the week in New York for ServiceNow World Forum on September 10, 2026, held at the Javits Center. World Forum is ServiceNow’s one-day, in-person event series that brings together customers, partners, and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.

Earlier in the week, Tom also joined ServiceNow’s AI Data & Transformation Partner Day on Tuesday, September 8, to meet with ServiceNow leadership and account teams.

Across both events, Tom met with customers and ServiceNow teams to talk through where AI is taking risk, security, and compliance. The common thread was how organizations can put AI to work on ServiceNow while keeping it governed, and how risk and security teams can keep pace as adoption grows.
