The SOX UAR Accelerator application has been designed to deliver centralized management, administration, and automation to application administrators and employee managers for the quarterly Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) User Access Reviews (UAR). In absence of this application, publicly-traded ServiceNow customers rely on manual effort, spreadsheets, and disparate communications to aggregate data to fulfill the quarterly audits.

The SOX UAR application leverages indicator tasks to automate and orchestrate quarterly audit tasks, creates email notifications to facilitate actions by the application owners to perform their UARs, and provides a comprehensive dashboard for SOX auditors to monitor the UAR audit progress and take corrective action where necessary.
